Welcome to Sunrise Planner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sunrise Planner across our products, including our mobile apps (iOS and Android), website, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Services"). By installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

5. Chrome Extension Permissions

The Chrome extension may request limited permissions necessary for its core functionality, such as reading or modifying content on specific domains you select or managing local storage. The extension does not include ads, analytics, or third‑party tracking. You can review and manage permissions in your browser settings at any time.

6. User Content and Data Storage

• Your tasks, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device or browser profile unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for maintaining your device and browser security, including backups where applicable.

7. Third‑Party Services

If the Services interact with third‑party tools or platforms you choose to use, your use of those is governed by the third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

8. Intellectual Property

Sunrise Planner, including its content, design, and code, is owned by TechnoHalle OU and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other IP except for the limited license above.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free right to use that feedback to improve the Services without obligation to you.

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Services at any time. Features may vary by platform and region. We are not liable for any unavailability or modification.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and reliability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechnoHalle OU and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold TechnoHalle OU harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TechnoHalle OU is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue shall lie in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
